1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gero Immo platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Gero Immo is an AI-powered real estate intelligence platform designed for Quebec real estate investors. The platform offers off-market prospecting tools, portfolio management, document generation, financial tracking, and automated communication features.

3. Registration and Account

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

4. Plans and Pricing

Gero Immo offers a free plan and a Pro plan. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST/QST). Pro plan fees are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time; Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful purposes in compliance with Quebec and Canadian law.
Not use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam).
Not attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures.
Not use the platform in a manner that could harm its operation or other users.
Comply with applicable residential tenancy laws, including regulations of the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL).

6. Intellectual Property

The Gero Immo platform, including its source code, design, trademarks, and content, is the property of Gero Immo inc. You retain ownership of your data and documents uploaded to the platform.

7. Artificial Intelligence (Gero AI)

Suggestions and content generated by Gero AI are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating any document or communication generated by AI before sending or using it.
Gero Immo does not guarantee the accuracy or legal compliance of AI-generated content.

8. Generated Documents

Documents generated by the platform (leases, notices, receipts) are based on common Quebec templates but do not replace professional legal advice. It is your responsibility to ensure that any document used complies with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the TAL and the Civil Code of Quebec.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gero Immo is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Gero Immo inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
